Visa Requirements:

• Valid Passport Required.
  • Passport must be signed
  • Over 6 months remaining validity
  • One blank Visa page available
• 1 form: Visa Form. This form must be printed double-sided, typed and signed.
• 1 Photo: Photograph Requirements
• Service Order Form

If Traveling on Tourism:

• Proof of Travel:

  Proof of Travel – (photocopy of roundtrip ticket, flight itinerary, or letter from tour agency/operator)

• Letter or request from visa applicant, addressed to the Consular and Diplomatic Mission of Angola (letter must be notarized)
• Most recent bank statement with sufficient funds covering at least $200 per  each day of stay
• Proof of Accomodations – copy of hotel reservations with the hotel’s official stamp

If Traveling on Business:

• Letter of invitation from host or sponsoring organization in Angola must be authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
• Business Letter Required: Business Letter Format
  Proof of Accommodations: Copy of hotel reservations with the hotel’s official stamp
• Proof of Funds: Bank statement copy (covering $200 per each day of stay)
