Visa Requirements:
If Traveling on Tourism:
  • Proof of Travel:

    • Proof of Travel – (photocopy of roundtrip ticket, flight itinerary, or letter from tour agency/operator)
    • Letter of Intent stating purpose of visit, travel dates and cities to be visited.
    • Proof of Funds : copy of latest bank/creditcard statement
    • Proof of Accomodations – (confirmed hotel reservations)
    • Proof of Employment for verification and leave of absence
    • Proof of Sponsors Legal Status (For non-US citizens visiting family or relatives)
If Traveling on Business:
  • Proof of legal status for Non US Citizens:

    Proof of legal status

    • Photocopy of Green Card
    • Valid US Visa (ie: H1B, F1, J1, E)
    • Advance Parole Document
    • Valid DS2019 (formerly IAP66)
    • Valid I-94
    • Valid I-20 (signed within 3 months by designated school official)
