The visa waiver program has been extended. USA, Australian and Canadian passport holders will only require an entry visa on and after the 10th of April, 2025. Passengers planning to arrive in Brazil prior to April 10, 2025 are exempt from the requirement.

Non US Visa Requirements:

• Valid Passport Required.
  • Passport must be signed
  • Over 6 months remaining validity
  • One blank Visa page available

(*Applications submitted with unsigned passports will be rejected by the embassy!)

• 1 form: Visa Form(online) or E-Visa Request Form  (Visa form is typed online which will allow you to print a protocol receipt.)
• 1 Photo: Photograph Requirements
  * Please do not glue, staple nor tape the photo (please use paper clip to attach photo onto the visa form)
• Service Order Form

If Traveling on Tourism:

• Proof of Travel:

  Photocopy of roundtrip ticket, flight itinerary, or letter from a tour agency/operator

Most recent bank statement with an average balance for 30 days of $2000.

 

If Traveling on Business:

• Business Letter Required: Business Letter from a US based       company AND
  Proof of Travel : Photocopy of roundtrip ticket or flight itinerary.
• Proof of Residence: (photocopy of license or utility bill)

• Proof of legal status for Non US Citizens:

  • Photocopy of Green Card
  • Valid US Visa (ie: H1B, F1, J1, E)
  •  Valid DS2019 (formerly IAP66)
