   C. Will require documents to be uploaded: Photo, Invite Letter/Hotel, Passport

        Data page, Undertaking that the host will ensure visitor complies fully with

        immigration laws of Ghana

• Service Order Form

If Traveling on Tourism:

• Proof of Travel:

  Proof of Travel – (photocopy of roundtrip ticket, flight itinerary, or letter from tour agency/operator and hotel reservations)

• Proof of Funds : copy of latest bank/creditcard statement

Proof of Accommodations: Hotel Reservations or Letter from Host providing accommodations.

If Traveling on Business:

• Letter of invitation from host or sponsoring organization
• Sponsor’s photo ID, Passport page or National ID
• Business Letter Required: Business Letter Format

• Proof of legal status for Non US Citizens:

  Proof of legal status

  • Photocopy of Green Card
  • Valid US Visa (ie: H1B, F1, J1, E)
  • Valid DS2019 (formerly IAP66)
