If Traveling on Tourism:

• Proof of Travel

  Proof of Travel : photocopy of roundtrip ticket

• Proof of Funds : copy of latest bank/credit card statement
• Proof of Accomodations – (confirmed hotel reservations) OR
  Letter of Invitation from Host
• Letter of Employment granting leave of absence

If Traveling on Business:

• Letter of invitation from host or sponsoring organization
• Business Letter Required: Business Letter Format

• Proof of legal status for Non US Citizens:

  Proof of legal status

  • Photocopy of Green Card
  • Valid US Visa (ie: H1B, F1, J1, E)
  • Advance Parole Document
  • Valid DS2019 (formerly IAP66)
