Currently, only expedite/rush processing is offered. Applicants who want to apply for standard processing are requested to appear in person.

Visa Requirements:

• Valid Passport Required.
  • Passport must be signed
  • Over 6 months remaining validity
  • One blank Visa page available
• 1 form: Visa form and Confirmed Online Payment Receipt .
  Please select “Apply Online” tab (top menu bar of the website) and follow   instructions to also be able to print a receipt.
• 2 Photos: Photograph Requirements
• Service Order Form

If Traveling on Tourism:

• Proof of Travel

  Proof of Travel – (photocopy of roundtrip ticket, flight itinerary, or letter from tour agency/operator)

• Proof of Funds : copy of latest bank/creditcard statement
• Proof of Accomodations – (confirmed hotel reservations)
  ** If visit is personal, a letter of invitation from the sponsor with a statement     assuming immigration responsibilities on behalf of the applicant. A photocopy of   the sponsor’s ID is also required**
• Yellow Fever Vaccination

If Traveling on Business:

• Letter of invitation from host or sponsoring organization. This letter must also   assume immigration responsibilities on behalf of the applicant.
• Business Letter Required: Business Letter Format

• Proof of legal status for Non US Citizens:

  Proof of legal status

  • Photocopy of Green Card
  • Valid US Visa (ie: H1B, F1, J1, E)
  • Advance Parole Document
  • Valid DS2019 (formerly IAP66)
  • Valid I-94
  • Valid I-20 (signed within 3 months by designated school official)

Requirements for Minors:
Letter of Consent from parents
Copy of Birth Certificate
Copy of parents’ passport data pages.
