If Traveling on Business:

Approval from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Sudan. A hotel or travel agency or business company acting as sponsor must submit an application with the MFA.
Business Letter Required: Business Letter Format

Travelers sponsored by NGO and Humanitarian organizations can submit the organization’s company registration and certificate to operate in Sudan in lieu of an approval from the MFA.
