E-visas valid for single entry 30 day stay will be issued if no government pre-approval accompanies the visa application.

Visa Requirements:

• Valid Passport Required.

  • Passport must be signed
  • Valid one month beyond intended stay
  • One blank Visa page available
• 1 form: Online Visa Form or Visa Form (Fillable).

• 1 Photo: Photograph Requirements
  (2 photos required if applying for a loose-leaf visa)
• Service Order Form

If Traveling on Tourism:

• Proof of Travel

  Proof of Travel – (photocopy of roundtrip ticket, flight itinerary, or letter from tour agency/operator)

Government pre-approval issued by Vietnam Authorities for a paper visa.

• Proof of legal status for Non US Citizens:

  Proof of legal status

  • Photocopy of Green Card
  • Valid US Visa (ie: H1B, F1, J1, E)
  • Advance Parole Document
  • Valid DS2019 (formerly IAP66)
  • Valid I-94
  • Valid I-20 (signed within 3 months by designated school official)
