    US Nationals Entry Requirements

    Passport Required.
    If you do not have a valid US passport, please click here.

    No VIsa Required up to 90 days within a six month period.

    Non US Visa Requirements:

    • Original Passport
    • 1 form: Visa form
    • 2 Photos: Photograph Requirements
    • Service Order Form

    If Traveling on Tourism:
    • Proof of Travel:
    • Letter of invitation from host or sponsoring organization.
    If filed by a sponsoring organization, the letter has to be approved by the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Moldova.

    If Traveling on Business:
    • Business Letter Required: Business Letter Format

    • Proof of legal status for Non US Citizens:
    Proof of legal status
    - Original Green Card
    - Valid US Visa (ie: H1B, F1, J1, E)
    - Advance Parole Document
    - Valid DS2019 (formerly IAP66)
    - Valid I-94
    - Valid I-20 (signed within 3 months by designated school official)
    - Photocopy of Green Card
