    • Proof of Travel:
    • Proof of Travel - (photocopy of roundtrip ticket, flight itinerary, or letter from tour agency/operator)
    • Proof of Funds : copy of latest bank/creditcard statement with at least $2000 balance.
    • Proof of Accomodations - (confirmed hotel reservations)

    If Traveling on Business:
    • Business Letter Required: Business Letter Format
    *Letter must guarantee at least $2000 travel expense for the applicant.
    • Local Police Clearance - no older than 3 months stating traveler has not been convicted of any major crimes.
