    Visa Requirements:

    • Original Passport
    • 1 form: ETA Approval Notice and Visa Application Form    *Effective Jan 01, 2012, visitors to Sri Lanka are requested to obtain an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA). A credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) will be necessary to pay an online fee.

    Proof of Travel - (photocopy of roundtrip ticket, flight itinerary, or letter from tour agency/operator)

    • Proof of legal status for Non US Citizens:
    Proof of legal status
    - Photocopy of Green Card
    - Valid US Visa (ie: H1B, F1, J1, E)
    - Valid I-94
    - Advance Parole Document
    - Valid DS2019 (formerly IAP66)
