    • Proof of Accomodations - hotel reservations OR
    Letter of Invitation from host in Burundi.
    • Yellow Fever Vaccination

    If Traveling on Business:
    • Letter of invitation from host or sponsoring organization
    • Business Letter Required: Business Letter Format
