If Traveling on Tourism:

• Proof of Travel:

  • Proof of Travel – (photocopy of roundtrip ticket, flight itinerary, or letter from tour agency/operator)
• Letter of Intent stating purpose, duration of visit and responsibility for all travel expenses
• Proof of Funds : copy of latest bank/creditcard statement

If Traveling on Business:

Business Letter Required: Business Letter Format and
Flight itinerary.

• Proof of legal status for Non US Citizens:

  • Photocopy of Green Card
  • Valid US Visa (ie: H1B, F1, J1, E)
  • Valid DS2019 (formerly IAP66)
