If Traveling on Tourism:

Letter of Intent.
This letter should indicate purpose of visit, contact in Kazakhstan, date of planned trip and places to be visited.

If Traveling on Business:

• Letter of invitation issued by the Migration Service Committee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs
• Business Letter Required: Business Letter Format

• Proof of legal status for Non US Citizens:

  Proof of legal status

  • Original Green Card
  • Valid US Visa (ie: H1B, F1, J1, E)
  • Advance Parole Document
  • Valid DS2019 (formerly IAP66)
  • Valid I-94
  • Valid I-20 (signed within 3 months by designated school official)
  • Photocopy of Green Card
