Visa Requirements:

• Valid Passport Required.
  • Passport must be signed
  • Over 6 months remaining validity
  • One blank Visa page available
• 2 forms: Visa Form
• 2 Photos: Photograph Requirements
• Service Order Form

If Traveling on Tourism:

• Proof of Travel

  Proof of Travel – (photocopy of roundtrip ticket, flight itinerary, or letter from tour agency/operator)

• Proof of Funds : copy of latest bank/creditcard statement with at least $2000 balance.
• Proof of Accomodations – (confirmed hotel reservations)

If Traveling on Business:

• Business Letter Required: Business Letter Format
  *Letter must guarantee at least $2000 travel expense for the applicant.
• Local Police Clearance – no older than 3 months stating traveler has not been convicted of any major crimes.
