Uzbekistan

Citizens of the US and 50 other countries are eligible to apply for an e-visa, valid for single entry for a duration of 30 days. We can also assist travelers in obtaining this type of visa. Uzbekistan offers a 5 day transit visa-free entry for 101 countries.

Visa Requirements:

• Valid Passport Required.

  • Passport must be signed
  • Over 6 months remaining validity
  • One blank Visa page available

+ a photocopy of the passport information or data page.

• 1 form: visa form This eform must be printed out and signed.
• 1 Photo: Photograph Requirements
• Service Order Form

If Traveling on Tourism:

• Proof of Travel

  Proof of Travel – (photocopy of roundtrip ticket, flight itinerary, or letter from tour agency/operator)

If Traveling on Business

• A confirmation received by the Embassy from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan.
• Business Letter Required: Business Letter Format

• Proof of legal status for Non US Citizens:

  Proof of legal status

  • Photocopy of Green Card
  • Valid US Visa (ie: H1B, F1, J1, E)
  • Valid I-94
  • Valid I-20 (signed within the last 3 months by a designated school official)
  • Advance Parole Document
  • Valid DS2019 (formerly IAP66)

• Additional requirements for Non-US Citizens (except for citizens of Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, Japan, Spain and Switzerland):

  For Tourism:
  A copy of tourist voucher or confirmation number from Uzbektourism or authorized travel agencies.
  For Business:
  A confirmation received by the Embassy from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan.
