Photocopy of roundtrip ticket, flight itinerary, or letter from tour agency/operator.

Proof of Funds : copy of latest bank/creditcard statement
Proof of Accomodations – (e.g. hotel reservations)
Proof of Employment for verification and approved leave of absence

If Traveling on Business:

Letter of invitation from host or sponsoring organization
Business Letter Required: Business Letter Format

Proof of legal status for Non US Citizens:
- Original Green Card
- Valid US Visa (ie: H1B, F1, J1, E)
- Valid I-94
- Valid I-20 (signed within the last 3 months by a designated school official)
- Advance Parole Document
- Valid DS2019 (formerly IAP66)
