If Traveling on Tourism:

Visa Authorization from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Rep of Iran
– Letter of Intent from the applicant stating purpose of visit.

If Traveling on Business:

Business Letter Required: Business Letter Format

• Proof of legal status for Non US Citizens:

  Proof of legal status

  • Photocopy of Green Card
  • Valid US Visa (ie: H1B, F1, J1, E)
  • Advance Parole Document
  • Valid DS2019 (formerly IAP66)
