Visa processing for US citizens will take at least 4 weeks to be completed.

Visa Requirements:

• Original Passport
• 2 forms:
  Visa Form(standard form for all applicants)
  Additional form required for:
  Business Travelers
  Military Personnel
  Journalists
• 2 Photos: Photograph Requirements
• Service Order Form

If Traveling on Tourism:

• Proof of Travel

  Proof of Travel – (photocopy of roundtrip ticket, flight itinerary, or letter from tour agency/operator)

• Sponsor Letter has to be on affidavit and the host’s CNIC/Passport copy       needs to be notarized from Pakistan (Original)
  A letter of introduction from employer/educational institutions as the case may   be.
• Proof of Funds : copy of latest bank/creditcard statement

If Traveling on Business:

• Letter of invitation from host or sponsoring organization.
• Business Letter Required: Business Letter Format
  Proof of funds.

• Proof of legal status for Non US Citizens:

  Proof of legal status

  • Photocopy of Green Card
  • Valid US Visa (ie: H1B, F1, J1, E)
  • Advance Parole Document
  • Valid DS2019 (formerly IAP66)
  • Valid I-94
  • Valid I-20 (signed within 3 months by designated school official)

Additional Requirements for NGO/INGO Visa:

1. Applications must be submitted in quadruplicate
2. Registration license of NGO/INGO
3. Memorandum of Understanding between NGO/INGO and Government of Pakistan
4. Cover letter of NGO/INGO organization requesting the visa
5. Letter of Introduction from employer
