Effectively immediately, the Consulate of Saudi Arabia requires that all visa applicants purchase medical insurance from a list of vendors pre-approved by Saudi officials. This insurance is in addition to any medical coverage applicants or their companies already possess.

Visa Requirements:

• Valid Passport Required (with 2 blank adjacent visa pages).

  • Passport must be signed
  • Over 6 months remaining validity
  • With two blank Visa pages adjacent to each other
• 1 form: DC Visa Form
  NY Visa Form
  Enjaz form (we can do this for you).
• 2 Photos: Photograph Requirements
• Service Order Form

• An electronic invitation letter from a Saudi company, certified by either the Saudi Chamber of Commerce or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
